Betting & Gameplay Rules
General principles
- Acceptance of bets: A Bet is only valid once it has been accepted by Ready Bet and recorded on our systems. Displayed odds or offers do not constitute an offer from Ready Bet capable of immediate acceptance; acceptance occurs when the Bet is confirmed in our systems.
- Proof of bet: The official record of any Bet is the transaction history stored on Ready Bet's systems. In the event of discrepancy between your device display and our records, the latter prevails, except where required otherwise by law.
Types of bets and limits
- Types of bets: Ready Bet may offer fixed odds, tote derivative or other permitted wagering products on racing, sports and approved events. The availability and rules for each market are as displayed on the Website and may be updated from time to time.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Ready Bet may impose minimum and maximum stake or payout limits per Bet, per event, per market or per customer. These limits may be displayed on the Website or applied at our discretion, subject to regulatory obligations (including minimum bet rules where applicable).
- Price changes: Odds may change at any time before a Bet is accepted. If there is a material price change between submission and acceptance, the Bet may be rejected or offered at updated odds for your confirmation.
Placement, modification and cancellation
- Bet placement: You are responsible for carefully checking all details of your Bet (including event, selection, stake and odds) before confirming. Once confirmed and accepted, a Bet cannot normally be changed or cancelled by you.
- Operator cancellation or adjustment: Ready Bet may void or adjust Bets where:
- an obvious or manifest error in odds, market configuration or event details has occurred;
- the Bet was accepted after the outcome was known or after the relevant event had commenced in circumstances not intended or permitted;
- regulatory or integrity bodies direct that Bets be voided; or
- rules specific to the relevant market so provide (for example, abandoned events, dead heats, scratchings).
- System or communication failures: If a Bet is not recorded on Ready Bet's systems due to technical, network or communication issues, it is not valid, even if displayed on your device. Ready Bet may, acting reasonably, determine whether a Bet has been accepted and, where appropriate, refund stakes.
Rules of conduct, live channels and chats
- Responsible behaviour: You must conduct yourself in a respectful and lawful manner when using the Services, including any live support, message functions or community features.
- Prohibited conduct includes:
- using offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, threatening or harassing language or content;
- attempting to defraud Ready Bet or other Users, including through match-fixing, insider information or collusion;
- using automated tools, bots or scripts to place Bets or interact with the Website, except as expressly permitted; and
- interfering with the operation or security of the Website or attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Consequences: Ready Bet may suspend or close Accounts, void Bets, withhold Bonuses and report matters to regulators or law enforcement where it reasonably suspects fraud, misconduct or other prohibited behaviour.
Bonus Terms
Eligibility and activation
- Offer-specific conditions: Each Bonus or Promotion made available by Ready Bet is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, activation steps, maximum benefits and expiry dates. Those conditions form part of these Terms.
- Targeted offers: Some Promotions may be targeted to particular customers, segments or channels and are not transferable. Ready Bet may limit the availability of any Promotion at its discretion, subject to applicable advertising and consumer laws.
- Activation: You may be required to:
- opt-in via the Website or communication;
- enter a bonus code; or
- meet a minimum deposit or betting requirement before a Bonus is credited.
Wagering requirements and use of bonuses
- Wagering (turnover) requirements: Bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements that must be met before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The relevant turnover multiple, eligible markets, minimum odds and timeframes will be stated in the Promotion terms.
- Time limits: Unless otherwise specified, Bonuses and any related wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe indicated in the Promotion. Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not met within that period may be forfeited.
- Bet restrictions: Certain bet types or strategies may be excluded from counting towards wagering requirements, including but not limited to:
- backing all outcomes of the same event;
- very short-priced selections below specified minimum odds; and
- hedging or arbitrage strategies designed to eliminate risk.
Prohibited actions and combining promotions
- Abuse of promotions: Ready Bet may, acting reasonably, withhold or reclaim Bonuses and any associated winnings, or close Accounts, where it identifies:
- bonus abuse or exploitation of Promotion terms;
- collusive betting between related Accounts; or
- use of falsified or misleading information to qualify for offers.
- Combining promotions: Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- only one sign-up Bonus or first deposit Promotion may be claimed per person, household, device or IP address; and
- a Bet may not simultaneously qualify for multiple Promotions.
- Operator discretion: Subject to consumer protection laws, Ready Bet may amend, suspend or cancel Promotions where necessary for legal or regulatory reasons, or to address manifest error, provided that any changes do not unfairly prejudice Players who have already relied on the original terms.

- Verification and security: Ready Bet may:
- require completion of KYC and additional verification checks;
- request evidence of payment method ownership; and
- ask for information relating to the source of funds and wealth before approving withdrawals, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
- Processing times: Ready Bet aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable period, generally within a few Business Days once all verification requirements are satisfied. Actual receipt of funds will depend on your bank or payment provider.
- Limits and restrictions: Withdrawal limits may apply per transaction or per period. Ready Bet may withhold withdrawal of Bonus funds or winnings until applicable wagering requirements are met, subject to consumer protection laws.
Refunds, chargebacks and treatment of bets and bonuses
- Refund of stakes: Where a Bet is voided in accordance with these Terms or the relevant market rules, stakes will generally be returned to your Account balance.
- Bonuses on refund: If a Bet placed using Bonus funds is voided, any Bonus stake will usually be returned as Bonus funds, subject to the applicable Promotion terms.
- Chargebacks: You must not seek to reverse or charge back any payment legitimately made to Ready Bet. If a chargeback occurs, Ready Bet may:
- withhold or cancel winnings and Bonuses;
- recover amounts due from your Account balance; and
- close or suspend your Account and report the matter to relevant authorities.
- Negative balances: If, for any reason, your Account shows a negative balance, you must promptly repay the outstanding amount to Ready Bet.
